High-power transceiver

MNO
Solid-state high-power transceiver MNO-L-1300 is a key component of electronically scanned phased-array antennas in synthetic aperture radar systems.

Basic parameters of high-power transceiver see below. Additional information are attainable in section Documentation » Data sheets.
Technical parameter specification of MNO-L-1300
Model Frequency range [GHz] Type Peak transmit power [W] Transmit gain [dB] Receiver gain [dB]
MNO-L-1300 1.2÷1.4 T/R 1300 >40 >20

High-power transceiver for the IFF systems

MNO
The MNO-IFF transceiver is dedicated for the IFF system with active scanned array antennas. It performs two basic functions. The first is to amplify the source signal from the interrogator to demand level to feed antenna system; and the second is to amplify the reply signal from the transponder.

Basic parameters of MNO-IFF see below. Additional information are attainable in section Documentation » Data sheets.
Technical parameter specification MNO-IFF
Model Frequency range [GHz] Peak transmit power [W] Transmit gain [dB] Receiver gain [dB]
MNO-IFF 1.03/1.09 1400 >40 >20
